Until the company is formally incorporated, the data controller is:

This controller acts solely to manage requests submitted through the contact form.

2. Data we collect

The only form on the website may collect the following personal data, voluntarily provided by the user:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Store / company name

In addition to the form, if you accept the cookie banner we may load Google Analytics 4 (see the “Cookies and analytics” section).

3. Purpose of processing

Data will be used exclusively to:

  • Respond to contact requests
  • Schedule meetings or demonstrations
  • Send information related to the installation or use of Tuko

No automated profiles are created.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is the user's consent when submitting the form.

5. Data sharing

Contact form data is not sold to commercial third parties. If you accept analytics cookies, Google acts as a measurement processor/provider (see “Cookies and analytics”).

6. Retention

Data will be retained for as long as necessary to respond to the request, or until the user requests its deletion.

7. User rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing or portability by sending an email to: joan@tukoteam.com

8. Security

Reasonable security measures are applied to protect personal data against unauthorized access.
